Summary:As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be based in Pune and should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Coordinate the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services.- Manage contracts and ensure effective contract management.- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors.- Ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda.
