Service Information Developer

Summary:
Responsible for creating Service Options for Machines and Engines. The role involves retrieving service data from client product support systems and CRM tools such as SIS Web, TMI, and HVC. The candidate should be able to read and understand Client Machine & Engine Build Rules, Component Codes, and Job Codes. A strong focus on meeting project deadlines with the required quality is essential.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create Service Options for Machines and Engines.
• Retrieve service data from client product support systems and CRM tools (SIS Web, TMI, HVC).
• Understand and interpret Client Machine & Engine Build Rules, Component Codes, and Job Codes.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and project leads on a daily basis.
• Contribute to team competency building.
