(Service Engineer)

Job Summary / Purpose Of Position
He will work under supervision within a team to perform and complete electrical (33 KV) maintenance and repairs jobs on the machine with high availability targets. He will serve as the Liebherr official representative while on duty.

Role And Responsibilities

Essential Job Duties:
Meet all Safety procedures and regulations in place, as per Liebherr's and Customer's guidelines. Perform troubleshooting and mechanical/electrical works on the machines.
Perform the maintenance tasks by using the relevant hand and power tools recommended by the Liebherr OEM.

Position Specific

Competencies:
Good knowledge in electric and electronic.
Reading and understanding of complex electrical schematics
Wiring of electrical cabinets
Repair of electrical wiring and connections
Understanding of software and electronics
Mechanical knowledge would be a plus.
Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic drawings and schematics.
Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report.

Qualification And Education Requirements
Diploma in Engineering with Certification from the Appropriate Government Authority to work in 33KV line , which is mandatory.

Experience
Experience in Ultra heavy duty equipment maintenance: ideally between 3 to 5 years (Specially in 200T and above class of excavators).

Preferred Skills / Special Skills
Good knowledge and experience in mechanic, hydraulic. Knowledge in electrical and electronic will be appreciated.
Ability to read mechanical, hydraulic & electrical drawings and schematics.
Ability to communicate in verbal and written form, to write a technical job report. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
