Position / Job Title: Service Engineer

KRA:

• To drive the Assemblies of printers for Control Point in a particular assigned project.
• To operate the assembly and test its functionality.
• Validation of various processes and long term Reliability testing, Commissioning of newly developed products on customer production lines Support to field engineers.
• Ensure smooth working and define preventive and corrective measures.
• Train customers/operators about printer functions and processes.
• Responsible for all new development ink testing and validations.
• Responsible for assembly of all development projects.
• First level field support for breakdowns.
• Responsible for installation (at customer site pan India) and streamlining printers at new projects. (Must be ready to travel and stay for longer periods during commissioning (even 02 weeks). First level field support for breakdowns.

Responsibilities:

• Send Daily, weekly and monthly report to reporting Manager.
• To operate out of a resident location, if required and take ownership of the resident location in terms of all service/support activities.
• Ensure optimal utilization of existing resources and proper tour planning.
• Ensure after sales support and help in installation and commissioning process.
• Regulatory and Statutory Compliance updation to be done on regular basis.
