Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities Troubleshooting and resolving vehicle issues (HV/LV systems) on-site Travel to dealer/customer locations for technical support Ensure process adherence, quality checks, and documentation at workshops Coordinate and support spares planning and warranty decisions Monitor product performance, initiate retro/campaign actions as required Report and document service activities, customer complaints and resolutions Conduct training and share service bulletins with dealer staff Escalate recurring technical issues for deeper investigation Ensure prompt complaint closures and customer satisfaction Key Result Areas (KRAs) Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Uptime and issue resolution rate % of vehicles diagnosed and resolved within SLA Dealer process adherence Number of dealer audits passed without non-conformance remarks Training coverage and quality % of dealer staff trained and certified on updated service modules Customer satisfaction and complaint handling effectiveness CSAT score and timely resolution of complaints Technical Skills & Knowledge - Requirement In-depth knowledge of HV and LV electrical systems in Evs Hands-on experience in troubleshooting EV and HCV systems Familiarity with diagnostic tools and service SOPs Ability to create and interpret technical service reports Good communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of warranty processes and spare parts planning
