Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support to customers for electrical equipment such as AC Drives, Soft Starter, PLC, Inverters, UPS, Solar Inverter, and more.
  
• Conduct site visits to troubleshoot issues with installed systems and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
  
• Assemble control panels according to customer specifications and wiring diagrams.
  
• Perform electrical installations at customer sites including cable sizing, laying, termination, and testing.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues related to electrical engineering.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in field service engineering or a related field.
  
• Diploma or BE (Electrical) degree from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of assembly, controlling panel wiring, electricity installation, maintenance principles.
