Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to home appliances.
  
• Handle warranty claims, diagnose faults, and perform repairs on various electronic products such as ACs, refrigerators, washing machines, ovens, microwaves, geyser etc.
  
• Offer technical services including installation commissioning of new equipment at customer premises.
  
• Maintain accurate records of service calls received from customers and ensure timely resolution of complaints.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
