Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after sales support to customers by resolving their queries and issues related to machine installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
  
• Conduct field service activities such as site visits, machine installations, and commissioning at customer premises.
  
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues with machines using problem-solving skills and knowledge of electrical/electronic principles.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, and quality assurance to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  
• Ensure timely completion of all assigned tasks while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in Service Engineering or a related field (after sales support).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree from a recognized institution in any specialization.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.
  
• Strong understanding of electrical/electronic concepts and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
