Must own a personal two-wheeler for official travel and service visits.

Responsibilities:

• Provide prompt and efficient service to customers for printers under Warranty/AMC.
• Respond quickly to service calls and resolve technical issues with minimum downtime.
• Install, demonstrate, troubleshoot, and maintain printers as per company standards.
• Diagnose issues correctly and arrange the required spare parts on time.
• Maintain and safely manage company-issued tools, spares, and equipment.
• Return defective spare parts promptly as per company procedures.
• Prepare and submit service reports, monthly reports, and expense details on time.
• Provide AMC, spare parts, CAMP, and filter sales support and follow up with customers.
• Guide customers on proper printer usage and consumable stocking.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company guidelines, safety standards, and customer-site rules.
• Keep technical knowledge updated through training, technical bulletins, and self-learning.
• Attend customer calls promptly, including emergencies and after-office-hour requirements when needed.
• Be willing to travel frequently, including upcountry visits and short-notice service calls.
• Maintain a professional appearance and ensure the tool kit and mobile phone are always in working condition.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and service-related information.
