Role Summary:
Responsible for providing technical service and support to customers for GMMCO’s construction and heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend customer complaints and service requirements.
• Carry out preventive maintenance, servicing and breakdown repairs.
• Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
• Maintain job cards, service reports and equipment records.
• Follow GMMCO/Caterpillar safety and service standards.
• Develop technical knowledge of construction equipment.

Candidate Profile:

• ITI freshers from Mechanical, Automobile or Diesel Mechanic trades.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems and tools.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel and work at customer sites.
• Strong learning attitude, safety awareness and customer focus.
