Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers for laser cutting machines, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to machine operation, maintenance, and repair.
  
• Conduct site visits to inspect customer installations, identify potential problems, and implement solutions or recommendations.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, production) to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts by providing timely service support, ensuring prompt response times, and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout all aspects of service delivery.
