About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Breakdown Maintenance: Diagnose and repair complex electrical faults on CNC/VMC machines, minimizing factory downtime.
- Controller Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and configure CNC controllers, including Fanuc, Siemens, Mitsubishi, or Haas.
- Drive & Motor Calibration: Calibrate and service servo drives, spindle drives, linear scales, encoders, and proximity sensors.
- PLC & Logic Tweaking: Modify, back up, and troubleshoot PLC ladder logic and HMI programs.
- Schematic Reading: Read and interpret complex electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and control panel layouts to resolve circuit issues.
- Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled preventive and predictive electrical maintenance checklists for all machine shop equipment.
