Service Engineer

Roles & Responsibilities

• Commissioning of concrete pumps, transit mixers, and batching plants, including operator training during handing over.
• Solving technical problems on concrete pumps, transit mixers, and batching plants.
• Communicating with customers regarding service, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assembly of X-unit concrete pumps on customer sites.
• Sales of spare parts wherever required.
• Preparing weekly reports about service, spare parts necessities, and general field problems.
• Any other task assigned by the HOD.
