Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Perform diagnostic testing on electronic equipment to identify faults and troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance of electronic devices.
• Provide technical support to customers by explaining product features, troubleshooting problems, and offering solutions.
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues that require coordination across multiple departments.

Job Requirements :

• 2-10 years of experience in electronics repair or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of EV (Electronic Vehicle) systems and warranty procedures.
• Ability to perform diagnostics, repairs, and troubleshooting on various types of electronic devices.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
