Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

1. To attend the complaint by visiting the customer and checking the parameters thoroughly and then Log the CCRP. in case support from factory is required ( e.g. Repair/Replacement)

2. To visit the dealers and verify the defective products ( within warranty/Out of Warranty) and then raise the CCRP for products which falls under warranty and send them to factory for replacement/repair purpose.

3. To share the pics of the defective material and all other required documents with Logistic Team.

4. Regular follow-up with the Quality Dept on day to day basis for pending complaints/ suggestion for improvement.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Diploma in Electricals with 3-7 years of Experience of handling Switchgear Products.

2. Person working in maintenance of Control Panels will be preferred.
