Role Overview

We are looking for a Service Engineer with 2 months to 2 years of experience to handle installation, servicing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support at customer locations.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and practical exposure may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, service, and maintain equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Attend customer service calls and resolve complaints promptly.
• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Identify equipment faults and carry out necessary repairs.
• Maintain service reports and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with the internal technical team for complex issues.
• Provide basic technical guidance to customers.
• Follow company safety and service-quality standards.
• Travel to customer sites within the assigned territory.
• Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Required Qualification

• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, or relevant technical field.
• Experience: 2 Months – 2 Years in service, maintenance, field engineering, or technical support.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of relevant technical/electrical/mechanical systems.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
• Valid driving licence will be an advantage.
