• Responsible for devices demonstration.
• Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
• Monitoring equipment performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
• Provide maintenance services & customer support.
• Schedule maintenance of AMC/CMC service according to clients.
• Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all medical equipment.
• J ting reports and presenting findings to Managers on a regular basis.J
