Service Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of elevators.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, control panel, VVVF drive, motor, sensor, and safety circuit issues.
• Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and circuit drawings.
• Attend customer complaints and ensure timely breakdown resolution.
• Supervise and guide Service Technicians at sites.
• Conduct regular safety and equipment inspections.
• Identify recurring faults and perform root-cause analysis.
• Maintain service reports, breakdown records, and maintenance documentation.
• Coordinate with customers regarding technical issues and service requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company safety standards and procedures.
• Monitor elevator performance, uptime, and service quality.
• Coordinate for required spare parts and technical support.

Preferred candidate profile

1. Have experience in Elevator Industry

2. Have done Diploma or BE. in Electrical
