About this role
Install, commission, and validate solar cell and module testing systems
Perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), and production qualification
Execute machine relocation, upgrade, and retrofit projects
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance
Diagnose electrical, electronic, software, optical, pneumatic, and mechanical issues
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
Provide remote and on-site technical support
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers
Conduct operator and maintenance training
Prepare installation and service reports while maintaining service records
Coordinate with the global headquarters and internal technical teams on technical issues and spare parts
Ensure compliance with company quality standards, safety guidelines, and service procedures
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Instrumentation or Renewable Energy Engineering
Minimum 5 years of experience in Solar PV manufacturing or industrial equipment service
Knowledge of IV measurement, solar simulators and EL measurement preferred
Strong troubleshooting, analytical and communication skills
Willingness to travel extensively across India
