Service Engineer

Roles and Responsibility

• Troubleshoot and repair complex electronic equipment, including X-Ray and C-ARM machines.
• Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of medical imaging devices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve product performance.
• Develop and implement effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and reduce downtime.
• Provide training and support to customers on the use and maintenance of medical equipment.
• Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement in service delivery.

Job Requirements

• Strong knowledge of electronics and electrical systems, with a focus on X-Ray and C-ARM technology.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to medical imaging equipment.
• A B.Tech or Diploma in Electronics is required.
