  1. JOB DESCRIPTION:
  3. Key Responsibilities
  5. Install, commission and maintain IVD diagnostic instruments at hospitals, diagnostic laboratories and healthcare institutions.
  6. Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of diagnostic equipment.
  7. Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve instrument breakdowns within defined timelines.
  8. Conduct calibration and performance checks to ensure proper functioning of instruments.
  9. Attend customer service calls and provide on-site and remote technical support.
  10. Coordinate with the sales and application teams for instrument installation and customer support.
  11. Maintain service reports, installation records, maintenance logs and breakdown documentation.
  12. Ensure timely closure of service calls and maintain high customer satisfaction.
  13. Follow company quality procedures, equipment safety guidelines and service protocols.
  14. Travel to customer locations within the assigned territory as per business requirements.
  17. Education : Diploma/B.E. – Electrical/Electronics/Biomedical
  19. Candidate should be resident of Similar locations mentioned above
