Looking for Service Engineer(Technician)

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Industrial Automation Sales.
• Diploma candidates ( DME/ DEE
• Good communication (verbal/written).
• Attend AMC, CAMC, and breakdown calls, and complete the task within the timeframe.
• Closure of all the complaints alongwith the detailed service report.
• Generate enquiries for spares, service and VAP products.
• Coordinate with the team to identify and proper resolution of the call.
• Commissioning of new chiller
• Achieve spare target and service business
• Payment follow up to get our dues
• Training to customers and operators
• Arranging suitable vendors, contractor for chiller erection, shut down job , if required
• Proper handing over of sites, enquiries for value added products
• Technical support/ solutions to the customers and bulid the good rappo with the team
• Increase customer satisfaction level to get the future business
• Collection of C- forms, TDS and other certificates as and when required.
• More work involves troubleshooting, installation and commissioning of chillers & not operation and maintenance.
