Service Engineer Lead - Lithium ion Battery

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide the service engineering team for battery-related issues.
• Troubleshoot Lithium-ion batteries, BMS and battery packs at customer locations.
• Check cell voltage, temperature, error codes and battery faults.
• Use multimeter, CAN/P-CAN tools and diagnostic software for fault finding.
• Replace faulty cells/modules and carry out battery repairs and maintenance.
• Handle warranty cases, breakdowns and customer complaints.
• Conduct preventive battery checks and ensure proper service quality.
• Coordinate with technical, production and customer teams for major issues.
• Prepare basic service reports and track pending service issues.

Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in EV Battery / Lithium-ion Battery / BMS / Battery Pack service.
• Good hands-on experience in battery troubleshooting and repair.
• Knowledge of CAN/P-CAN, BMS, multimeter and diagnostic tools.
