The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients. The Service Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support and customer service to our clients. - Collaborating with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions for customers
- Preparing technical reports and documentation
- Maintaining accurate records of service calls and customer interactions
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in gearbox maintenance and repair
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel to client locations as required
- Salary no bar for the right candidate , who can join early is more preferable.
