Service Engineer - ELV Security Systems

Key Responsibilities

• Attend AMC service calls and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines
• Perform scheduled Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM)
• Install, configure, test, and commission CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, and Fire Hydrant systems
• Troubleshoot and maintain Fire Alarm, PA, and Intrusion Alarm systems
• Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and configuration issues
• Support project teams in installation, commissioning, testing, and handover
• Coordinate with clients and vendors for timely issue resolution
• Prepare service reports and keep complaint status updated
• Ensure smooth system performance and minimize customer escalations
• Travel to client sites as required.

Required Skills

• Hands-on knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, FAPA, and Fire & Water systems
• Experience in installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance
• Knowledge of Fire Alarm and PA systems
• Understanding of IP networking and security system configuration
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills
• Advantage: Familiarity with ExacqVision, Hikvision iVMS-4200, C•CURE, or victor.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification in Diploma, B tech, ECE, EEE, & Mechanical for Hydrant Systems or a related discipline preferred
• Experience in ELV, CCTV, Access Control, or Fire Alarm systems preferred.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites
• Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
