Role: Service Engineer- CNC /VMC Machines

Responsibilities

• Install, align, commission, troubleshoot, and repair CNC machines (mechanical, electrical & control systems).
• Provide technical support and maintenance during/after warranty.
• Support warehouse activities for CNC machine/accessory shipments and manage shipping documents (DO, acceptance & inspection reports).
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics & Engineering for smooth after-sales service.
• Prepare service reports and provide feedback to the Service Manager.
• Conduct basic machine operation training and on-site customer guidance.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in CNC machine installation/service, preferably HMC & DCMC.
• Familiarity with CNC control systems, especially FANUC & MITSUBISHI.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for customer/service requirements.
