Service Engineer-Chiller Technician

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide after-sales service support for chillers, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
  
• Conduct field service calls to customers' premises to diagnose and resolve issues with chiller systems.
  
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts on site.
  
• Troubleshoot complex problems using technical knowledge of chiller technology.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer complaints.
