About this role
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Install, commission, test, and maintain access control systems, CCTV cameras, fire alarm systems, public address systems, and other BMS components.
- Provide technical support to customers via phone or on-site visits for issues related to building management systems.
- Troubleshoot complex problems with BMS equipment using diagnostic tools and software.
- Perform routine servicing tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts as needed.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in the field of BMS installation, commissioning, maintenance or repair.
- Strong knowledge of access control systems (ACS), CCTV surveillance systems (CCTV), fire alarm systems (FAS), public address systems (PAS).
- Familiarity with IBMs' products or similar brands is an asset.
