• Qualification: MCA / M.Sc. Computer Science / MCA (AI & DS) / AI / BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science
• Graduation Years: 2025 & 2026 graduates only
• Education: UG & PG candidates are eligible
• Experience: Freshers only

Job Responsibilities

• Provide first-level IT support through non-voice channels such as email, chat and ticketing systems.
• Monitor, log and manage IT support tickets according to defined procedures.
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, system and application-related issues.
• Assist users with password resets, access issues and basic technical queries.
• Identify and document technical issues accurately and escalate complex problems to the relevant technical teams.
• Maintain proper records of incidents, requests and resolutions.
• Follow IT service management procedures, company policies and SLA requirements.
• Ensure timely resolution and closure of assigned tickets.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy, service quality and data confidentiality.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of IT systems, networking and troubleshooting.
• Good written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of Windows, MS Office and common IT applications.
• Good typing and documentation skills.
• Ability to work in a process-oriented IT environment.
• Willingness to work in a non-voice Service Desk process.
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet productivity and quality targets.

Compensation

CTC: 22,000 per month
