Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide technical support to Apple devices, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Manage and maintain the Jamf Provisioning Platform for efficient device management.
- Collaborate with IT teams to develop and implement effective solutions for deploying and managing Apple devices within an organization.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues using various diagnostic tools and techniques.
Job Requirements :
- 3-12 years of experience in providing technical support for Apple products (Macs, iPhones, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of Jamf Provisioning Platform or similar MDM solutions.
- Experience working with Apple's suite of productivity applications (e.g., Pages, Numbers) is a plus.
