Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Level 1 support for end-user issues related to desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Windows and macOS (Mac) operating system issues.
• Assist users with hardware, software, printer, network connectivity, and application-related problems.
• Perform user account administration, password resets, access provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Manage and maintain Distribution Lists (DLs), security groups, and user/group memberships.
• Handle incident, service request, and escalation tickets within defined SLAs.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Coordinate with L2/L3 teams for complex issues requiring further investigation.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Windows 10/11 troubleshooting.
• Basic knowledge of macOS troubleshooting.
• User and device-level support experience.
• Active Directory user and group administration.
• Experience managing Distribution Lists (DLs) and security groups.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Good to Have:

• Microsoft Intune administration and device management.
• JAMF administration for Apple devices.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365 administration.
• Knowledge of endpoint management and device compliance policies.
