We are looking for an experienced Service Delivery Owner to lead service governance, ensure SLA adherence, manage critical escalations, and drive continuous improvement across enterprise support environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end service delivery for managed service engagements
Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and operational excellence
Manage customer escalations and critical incidents
Lead service review meetings and stakeholder communication
Coordinate L1, L2, L3 and support operations teams
Drive process improvements, automation, and governance initiatives
Support risk management, compliance, and business continuity activities
