Service Delivery Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient cash handling, deposit processing, and customer service.
• Oversee cashier activities, including cash transactions, withdrawals, and reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies related to cash management and security.
• Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in branch operations.

Job Requirements :

• 3-8 years of experience in branch banking operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of banking operations, particularly cash operations and teller activities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
