Role:IT Service Delilvery Manager
Location: Chennai and Banglore
Notice period: Immediate to 30 days
Role & responsibilities
Minimum 14 Years of IT Experience with more than 5 Yrs of Experience as a IT Service Delilvery Manager in ADM projects
Primary Skills Must Have
- Min 3 years of experience in executing managed services engagement
- Strong experience in ITIL concepts and experience in handling incidents service requests problem management change management and development work
- Should have Managed L3 Support teams and collaborated with L2 L4 teams
- Should know ITIL v3 or v4
- Prior experience in streamlining ITIL concepts in team
- Should be able to collaborate engage monitor and track the progress of remote team
- Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Weekly and Monthly status reporting
Good to Have
- Experience working in Banking Domain - Treasury Tax Risk & Compliance
- Hands of experience in technologies like Java and NET is added advantage
- Prince/ PMP certifiedo
