• Key Accounts Management of Key Franchisees
• Warranty Cost Control
• CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) enhancement

Job Description:

• Coordinate centers for service delivery support and review delivery parameters
• Call center coordination
• Ensure induction, training & retention of technicians
• MIS & Control
• Enhance contract sales business
• Key accounts management of distributors/ dealers (Service level fulfillment, spares availability etc)
