Service Delivery Analyst

Job Summary

We have a rewarding and lucrative SDA position in the PSG-Events team for graduates with minimum 1 year of experience working on the Events tool in Client Services. SDAs will be dedicatedly working with Cvent's Enterprise clients and shall be responsible for implementing their event requirements in Cvent software and provide support for the entire event life cycle. In addition, they will be required to prospect, gain proficiency in the Events Solution, drive Platform adoption and up sell their accounts. This job involves the person to learn all the features of the Events tool including OnArrival to support the onsite setup.

In this Role, You Will:

1. Work independently on Event Projects for dedicated Enterprise clients
2. Implement the information provided by the client and suggest best practices with ideal solutions
3. Work closely with Project Manager and the team in a Project Management environment
4. Work with other departments such as Sales, Creative, Technology, and Crowd Compass
5. Produce client deliverables such as event registration website, onsite setup,
6. Track time spent on projects and report it in SF repository system
7. Manage large scale and complex projects
8. Develop custom reports based on client requirements
9. Travel On-Site if requested by the client
10. Follow the process and produce quality projects
11. Provide exceptional customer service which results in renewals

Here's What You Need:

1. Minimum of 1 year of work experience
2. Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written). Must have knowledge about project management (scope, risk and time management). Prior role should have exposure to working with clients in a 1:1 environment
3. Aptitude for learning and applying new technologies and applying industry specific business knowledge
4. Should possess exceptional client servicing skills and ability to work independently and manage multiple projects, responsibilities and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
5. Knowledge of HTML will be an added advantage
6. Proficient in leveraging common AI tools to support and accelerate client product adoption
7. Prior exposure to AI-based tools or platforms (e.g., AI chat/email assistant, automated task managers, or smart analytics tools) to support operational efficiency and productivity
8. Good to have: Foundational understanding or certifications in AI concepts (e.g., Coursera, Google AI Essentials, or LinkedIn Learning courses) to support adoption of emerging technologies in daily tasks
