About this role
We are looking for a high-performing Service Engineer who is also able to do sales and marketing of products to help us meet our customer satisfaction in service and generate sales by taking our company service to the new high. The candidate must have extensive knowledge of servicing sales of material handling products, parts functions and must understand the complaints and products to resolve queries immediate upto client satisfaction. - Deliver technical onsite training to clients for our products services.
- Provide technical support to customers.
- Secure renew AMC orders arranging spares.
- Plan suggest proper spares exactly as per customer needs
