Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain service documents, job cards, reports, and service records.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for service scheduling and follow-ups.
- Prepare service quotations, invoices, and related documentation.
- Maintain warranty, AMC, and service history records.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Ensure all service documents are accurate, complete, and updated.
Requirements
- B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
- 4- 5 years of experience in service documentation or service coordination.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Knowledge of ERP/SAP is an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
