Service Coordinator

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Coordinate with installation executives to ensure timely completion of engineering projects on-site.
• Manage project tracking, including handover from one team to another, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Oversee MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations and fire protection systems during construction phases.
• Prepare misreporting reports for customers and stakeholders, highlighting any issues or concerns.

Job Requirements :

• 2-3 years of experience in service coordination or a related field.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
• Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
