Service Coordinator

Role & responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

* Handle customer calls during emergency situations, providing immediate and considerate

support.

* Arrange for nearby technicians or towing vehicles to assist customers.

* Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.

* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.

* Communicate effectively with customers in a minimum of three languages, including

Native language , English&Hindi/Kannada/Telugu

Qualifications:

* Proficiency in English , Malayalam & Hindi

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Prior experience in customer service or roadside assistance is preferred but not mandatory.
