Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage service coordination activities, ensuring timely delivery of services to customers.
  
• Develop and maintain MIS reports to track service performance metrics.
  
• Ensure accurate billing and invoicing processes are followed by the team.
  
• Collaborate with other departments (e.g., operations) to resolve customer complaints and improve overall service quality.
  
• Provide back office support for sales team, including data entry, record maintenance, and report generation.
