About this role
Job Summary
What you can look forward to as Service Coordinator / Spare Parts Management:
- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi to manage diverse customers across India and collaborate with internal teams.
- Prepare, review, and organize customer support documents such as Estimates, Delivery Challans (DCs), Invoices, and Proforma Invoices using SAP and MS Excel.
- Log service activities, quotations, warranty claims, and ownership changes as per internal process requirements.
- Coordinate with technical teams for understanding and fulfilling service requirements, spares management, and timely documentation.
- Utilize ServiceCRM and BCS for tracking, escalation, and closure of customer issues and maintaining accurate customer records.
- Provide back-up coverage and support for key documentation and service admin tasks.
- Diploma / Graduate with 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service/support roles, preferably in a technical or service centre environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP controls (service entry, documentation, tracking).
- Hands-on experience with ServiceCRM is mandatory. Strong organizational skills; accuracy in documentation and record keeping.
- Ability to understand technical team needs and coordinate spares movement/process support.
- Capable of multitasking, managing priorities, and meeting deadlines for ticket closures and documentation.
- Calm, polite, and composed customer communication especially during pressure or extended working hours. Good team player, able to coordinate effectively with cross-functional and branch teams.
