Service Centre Operations Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the service center, ensuring efficient utilization of resources and meeting customer expectations.
• Drive process discipline, improve operational efficiency, ensure accurate system transactions independently, and support service execution through effective planning and coordination
  
• Oversee maintenance activities, including breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
  
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure smooth plant operations and optimize productivity.
  
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance quality.
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of experience in manufacturing industry or related field (service center management).
  
• Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong understanding of machine shop operations, rotating equipment (turbines & pumps), compressors & valves servicing procedures.
• Strong operational excellence capabilities, good understanding of processes, service operational tools, data management, and cross-functional communication ( SAP knowledge preferred)
