Role Description The Service Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based at PVRINOX cinemas in Jabalpur. The Service Associate is responsible for delivering a high-quality guest experience by greeting visitors, assisting with ticketing and seating, and ensuring cinema lobbies, auditoriums, and service areas are clean and well-organized. This role supports food and beverage counters, manages basic cash handling and billing, and provides prompt assistance with customer queries or concerns. The Service Associate works closely with the cinema operations team to maintain safety, follow company policies, and support smooth show running. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to match cinema schedules.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests courteously and resolve issues effectively.
• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills, including clear verbal communication and basic written communication for reports and logs.
• Candidates should possess Analytical Skills to handle basic problem-solving, understand occupancy and sales trends, and support operational decisions.
• Candidates should possess foundational Finance-related skills such as basic numeracy, handling cash, and processing payments accurately.
• Candidates should ideally have prior experience in retail, hospitality, or entertainment service roles, with a focus on guest interaction.
• Candidates should demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and readiness to work flexible shifts.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; familiarity with cinema operations or F&B service is an added advantage.
