Service Advisor

Role & responsibilities

• Attend customers visiting the service center and understand their vehicle problems.
• Prepare job cards and explain required servicing and repair work.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing.
• Inform customers about service costs, repair status, and delivery time.
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
• Ensure proper vehicle inspection before delivery.
• Maintain service records and follow up with customers after servicing.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in automobile or two-wheeler service center preferred.
• Basic knowledge of bikes, scooters, and vehicle servicing.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge for preparing job cards and service records.
• Ability to coordinate with technicians and ensure customer satisfaction.
