Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers professionally.
• Understand customer concerns and service requirements.
• Explain the service process, timelines, and estimated costs clearly.
• Maintain a positive customer experience throughout the service journey.
• Vehicle Inspection & Diagnosis
• Conduct an initial inspection of the vehicle.
• Understand and document customer-reported issues.
• Coordinate with technicians to identify vehicle problems.
• Ensure all required repairs and services are properly identified.
• Job Card Management
• Create accurate job cards with customer and vehicle details.
• Ensure all customer complaints are recorded correctly.
• Update job cards with additional repairs/services identified during inspection.
