• Create and manage service bookings and job cards accurately.
• Coordinate with technicians for vehicle inspection, diagnosis, and repairs.
• Provide customers with repair estimates, service updates, and timelines.
• Keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicle throughout the service process.
• Explain required repairs, service recommendations, and costs clearly to customers.
• Ensure vehicles are serviced and delivered on time with proper quality checks.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues promptly.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
