Service Advisor

Role & responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Explain service processes, repair requirements, and estimated costs to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle inspection and servicing.
• Prepare accurate job cards and service estimates.
• Keep customers updated on vehicle repair progress and delivery timelines.
• Address customer queries and resolve service-related concerns.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure quality service delivery.
• Follow up with customers for feedback and future service requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of service details and customer interactions.

Preferred Candidate:

• B.Tech/Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a related field.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of automobile servicing and vehicle components.
• Freshers with relevant automobile backgrounds can also apply.
