Service Advisor

Role & responsibilities

• Attend customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.
• Conduct vehicle inspection and identify service or repair needs.
• Prepare and explain job cards, estimates, and service recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
• Keep customers updated about vehicle status, additional repairs, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure proper quality checks before vehicle delivery.
• Handle customer queries and resolve service-related concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the workshop team for smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, job cards, and service details.
• Focus on customer satisfaction, repeat visits, and service quality.
