Role & responsibilities

Eligibility Criteria

Excellent communication skills

Basic knowledge of 4-wheeler technical/mechanical systems

• Handle customer interactions and understand their vehicle service requirements.
• Explain service needs, repair work, estimated costs, and timelines to customers.
• Prepare job cards and ensure accurate documentation of vehicle concerns.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of service and repairs.
• Provide regular updates to customers regarding service status.
• Conduct vehicle inspection and identify additional service/repair requirements.
• Prepare service estimates and take customer approval before additional work.
• Ensure proper quality checks before vehicle delivery.
• Coordinate with the workshop team for smooth vehicle movement and delivery.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and service-related concerns professionally.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain good relationships with customers.
